The staff at Hand-in-Hand Early Learning Center strive to foster a nurturing environment of open-ended exploration, curiosity and growth for children.

We are located at 600 Cherokee Street in Oak Harbor, Washington.  Our programs consist of a Special Education Preschool; Title One pre-school classes; and partner classrooms with Head Start.  In addition to our preschool classroom staff, we have program administrators; speech therapists, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist, a school psychologist, a speech assistant, and a school secretary.
